Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Max Plast, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and seamless delivery experience across Egypt, ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition.

• Order Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed to protect our premium plastic products and are dispatched from our main facility within 1 to 2 business days. (Orders placed on Fridays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day).

• Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Delta & Canal Governorates: 3 to 4 business days.

  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea Governorates: 4 to 5 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and governorate.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our shipping courier, you will receive an SMS or email containing your Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
